When I first spoke to Glenn Mckay (Managing Director of Medical Rescue Australia Pty Ltd), we discussed Medical Rescue Australia’s struggle to find a software solution that operated their unique practice. Three of the major requirements were security, features and operating completely online.
OPMS has allowed Medical Rescue Australia to operate at multiple locations in both New Zealand and Australia with the management team able to clinically review and audit cases at all locations in real time from the Gold Coast Office.
Being online allows the Medical Rescue Australia team to access the software from helicopters, a mountain in the snow or from the air ambulance at international airports in the Pacific Rim.
